This is a notice.
There is going to be a rave. The specifics — date, location, format — are not yet confirmed, but the intention is confirmed, and the intention is what a notice communicates. HowHow has learned that announcing the intention is the first act of organising, because the announcement itself begins to make the thing real in the minds of people who might attend it, and those people are needed before the thing can become real in any other sense.
HowHow is working on the poster design. The first poster is a callout for crew, because people are needed before a venue is needed, and a crew is needed before the public can be invited.
The second poster will concern the event itself and will appear when the details are established. Both posters are being made with care. A poster is not decoration. A poster is an argument made visually for why something deserves to be attended, and HowHow takes that argument seriously.
If you would like to be involved in the organising of this, that involvement is welcome. There is always work and it is not always exciting work, but it is necessary and HowHow will not pretend otherwise. If you would simply like to attend when the time comes, that is also welcome. This space will be updated as information becomes available. Watch it.
