All the temple doors were closed. But the vibes shone through. Then I noticed the front door was wide open and the wind blew through me.

I was having a very hard Monday morning to put it mildly. So I decided to seek solace at the Neasden Temple down the road. Security was particularly eager, maybe they could sense my vibes were a bit wonky. When I finally got into the Abishek Mandapam, all the shrine doors were closed, which wasn’t what I was hoping for, but I stood in front of each one in turn anyway and I could feel the vibes shining through the heavy dark deep intricately carved wood. I got to the end and sat for a further few moments to meditate. The message was “Peace is now upon you” which didn’t feel true but I think I was just slightly lagging. Then I got up and was about to leave when I noticed the main doors were wide wide open. I stood there looking down the main exit (or entrance?!) and there was a very welcome current of convection blowing hard despite the still heat outside. I let that wind blow through me and I was reminded immediately of Joseph M. Marshall III’s grandfather’s advice to him when going through hard times. Maybe I’m being summoned by the Lakota.
